HOW WE WORK

After signing the cooperation agreement, we audit the vehicles and documents. We create a database with your vehicles that allows you to control deadlines and costs, as well as fuel consumption by vehicles. Each driver receives an emergency telephone number, which is open 24/7.

We forward the defects reported by the driver in the form of an order to the appropriate truck repair workshop and set a repair date convenient for you. The driver and the dispatcher are informed about the planned completion of the repair and are also informed separately about the completion.

We inform about the dates of registration and technical inspections or tachograph calibrations in advance (the first information is sent 2 months before the planned inspection) and then we arrange the exact date with the dispatcher.
Combustion and cost reports are sent to you in the form of .xls once a month. We can generate such a report for you at any time. At the end of the year, we prepare reports summarizing each month.
